Welcome to the Crossover Chronicles
If you are here, you have already entered two different worlds.
You have seen the darkness of The Nightfall Chronicles.
You have walked alongside the questions, struggles, faith, and grace of The Gospel Chronicles.
Until now, those worlds have existed on opposite sides of Worn Stories.
They were not meant to touch.
At least, that is what you were supposed to believe.
Before the Collision

The Crossover Chronicles does not replace Nightfall or Gospel.
It exists between them.

Grace offered to those who believe they no longer deserve it.
Faith tested by fear.
Doubt born from silence.
Gospel has always suggested that what we can see may not be the whole story.
The Crossover Chronicles
One world asks what is hiding in the darkness.
The other asks whether there is still light.
Eventually, both questions must be asked
in the same place.
A Different Kind of Chronicle
This Is Not Another Standalone
The stories inside The Crossover Chronicles are different.
There is no new collection of strangers waiting to be introduced.
These stories belong to people you have already met.
Decisions have already been made.
Events have already been set in motion.
Questions have already been asked.
And some of those questions are about to receive answers neither Chronicle was prepared for.
The Crossover Chronicles should not be read first.
These stories are built on events from both The Nightfall Chronicles and The Gospel Chronicles.

The Story Just Got Bigger
Worn Stories began with a simple idea:
Every design has a story.
Nightfall gave its designs a mythology.
Gospel gave its designs lives, struggles, questions, and moments of faith.
The Crossover Chronicles asks what happens when those stories are no longer allowed to remain separate.
Not because they were created to tell the same story.
But because eventually, one story can reach far enough to change another.

We Are Not Going to Tell You Why
Not here.
This preface will not explain what connects Nightfall and Gospel.
It will not tell you what caused the boundary between them to break.
It will not tell you whether what is happening was intentional, accidental, inevitable, or something else entirely.
Those answers belong inside the stories.
For now, there is only one thing you need to know:
The Boundary Has Broken
Nightfall has found Gospel.
Gospel has found Nightfall.
Neither world will leave unchanged.
