Custom Merchandise by MJ Supply Co.
Your Idea.
Your Merch.
Made Real.
Custom apparel and merchandise for businesses, churches, creators, organizations, teams, events, and people building something worth representing.
Every project is quoted individually. Production does not begin until the design, pricing, and order details are approved.
Built Around Your Story
Merch should feel like it belongs to you.
Slapping a logo onto the cheapest available shirt is easy. Building merchandise people actually want to wear takes better product choices, clear design direction, and a process that respects your goals and budget.
Businesses
Team apparel, customer merchandise, promotional products, and branded essentials.
Churches
Ministry apparel, event merchandise, volunteer shirts, retreats, and fundraising pieces.
Creators
Audience merchandise, branded drops, podcast apparel, and products that extend your identity.
Events & Groups
Event shirts, team gear, reunion apparel, organization merchandise, and special projects.
What We Can Source
Start with the right product—not just the first product.
Availability depends on quantity, artwork, budget, decoration method, production partner, and destination. We will recommend the strongest option for the actual project instead of forcing every order into the same template.
T-Shirts & Tanks
Everyday tees, premium blanks, staff shirts, event apparel, and retail-ready options.
Hoodies & Crewnecks
Layered merchandise for teams, communities, branded drops, and colder-weather events.
Hats & Headwear
Caps, beanies, and selected embroidered headwear based on project requirements.
Bags & Accessories
Totes, select accessories, and practical branded products for customers or teams.
Home & Lifestyle
Mugs, drinkware, office products, and selected lifestyle merchandise when available.
Special Projects
Have something else in mind? Ask. We will confirm whether it can be sourced responsibly.
How It Works
A clear process prevents expensive mistakes.
The order is not sent into production based on a vague conversation. Product, artwork, quantity, pricing, and delivery expectations must be approved first.

Production and delivery
The approved order is produced and shipped or delivered according to the written project terms. Timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Before You Request a Quote
The details that affect your price.
Quantities and minimums
Bulk projects generally begin at 25 units. Smaller projects may be possible through made-to-order production, but pricing and product availability will differ.
Design services
Design assistance generally starts at $50 and increases with complexity. The quote will state the scope, revision allowance, ownership, and deliverables.
Payment
Design work does not begin until the applicable design fee is paid. Production does not begin until the required approval and production payment or deposit is received.
Timelines
Turnaround depends on artwork readiness, quantity, product availability, production method, shipping, and approval speed. A requested date is not automatically a guaranteed delivery date.
Customer-supplied artwork
You must own or have permission to use every logo, image, phrase, character, trademark, or other asset you provide. We may refuse material that appears unlawful or infringing.
Changes and cancellations
Changes may affect pricing and timing. Custom products generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged after approval or production begins except for verified defects or production errors.
Production Transparency
Managed by MJ Supply Co. Produced through the right supplier for the job.
MJ Supply Co. coordinates your project, communicates with you, prepares or manages approved artwork, sources products, and oversees production. We do not operate an in-house commercial printing facility, so production is completed through qualified third-party printers and suppliers selected for the specific project.
Bulk orders will generally be quoted through a local or regional commercial printer when that provides the strongest combination of price, quality, production control, and turnaround time. Print-on-demand providers such as Printify, PODpartner, Gelato, or Ninja POD may be used for samples, smaller quantities, specialty products, direct-to-customer fulfillment, or projects where print-on-demand is the more practical option.
Frequently Asked Questions
Know what you are agreeing to.
Can you create the design for me?
Yes, subject to availability and project fit. Design work is quoted separately and normally requires a nonrefundable design fee before work begins.
Can I provide my own logo or artwork?
Yes. Production-ready vector artwork is preferred when available. You are responsible for confirming that you own or have permission to use all submitted material.
Do you accept small orders?
Sometimes. Bulk production generally begins at 25 units, while selected made-to-order products may support smaller quantities at different pricing. The quote will identify the available route.
How quickly can my order be completed?
There is no honest universal answer. Timing depends on the product, quantity, artwork, approvals, production capacity, shipping, and destination. Submit the real needed-by date during the inquiry so feasibility can be evaluated before payment.
Can I change the order after approving it?
Possibly, but not reliably. Once production begins, changes and cancellations are generally unavailable. Review all artwork, spellings, sizes, colors, quantities, and addresses before approval.
What happens if something arrives defective?
Report verified defects, damage, or production errors promptly with the order details and clear photographs. Approved remedies may include replacement, reprint, credit, or refund according to the project agreement and store policies.
Custom Merch Inquiry
Tell us what you are trying to build.
Complete the form with as much detail as possible. Quantity, budget, requested date, product type, artwork status, and delivery location all affect what can realistically be offered. Submitting an inquiry does not create an order or guarantee acceptance, pricing, or availability.
Do not submit payment-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive financial information through this inquiry form.
Start the Conversation
If the idea matters, give it a real plan.
Send the project details, approximate quantity, budget, requested date, artwork status, and delivery location. The more complete the inquiry, the more useful the first response will be.
