MJ Supply Co. is an apparel, accessories, lifestyle-products, handcrafted partner-products, and custom-merchandise business based in Belle Isle, Florida.

2. Business Mailing Address

MJ Supply Co. does not currently publish a separate business mailing address.

We are working to establish a separate business mailing address so that the owner’s residential address does not need to be disclosed publicly.

Until a separate mailing address becomes available, customer-service, business, privacy, intellectual-property, and general legal inquiries may be submitted through the email address or telephone number listed in this notice.

Do not send returns, payments, legal documents, or other materials to an address appearing on a product’s shipping label unless MJ Supply Co. provides written instructions.

Emailing a legal inquiry does not waive any legally required method of service or establish that MJ Supply Co. has accepted formal service of legal process by email.

3. Ecommerce Platform

The MJ Supply Co. online store is hosted by Shopify.

Shopify provides the ecommerce platform, checkout system, customer-account features, payment infrastructure, analytics, security, and related technology used to operate the Site.

Shopify is an independent service provider. Shopify does not manufacture, sell, warrant, or provide customer support for MJ Supply Co. products.

Questions or concerns about purchases made through the Site should be directed to MJ Supply Co.

4. Seller of Record

MJ Supply Co. is the customer-facing seller for purchases completed directly through this Site unless checkout or another applicable sales channel expressly identifies a different seller.

The use of third-party production, payment, fulfillment, or shipping providers does not make those providers the customer-facing seller of MJ Supply Co. products.

6. Made-to-Order Production

Most MJ Supply Co. products are printed, manufactured, embroidered, personalized, or assembled after an order is placed.

Because products are made to order, production must occur before shipment. Production and delivery timeframes are estimates unless MJ Supply Co. expressly provides a written guarantee for a specific order.

7. Production and Fulfillment Providers

MJ Supply Co. works with multiple approved third-party production and fulfillment providers.

Our current production network includes services such as:

  • PODpartner
  • Gelato
  • Ninja POD
  • Independent artisans
  • Specialty manufacturers
  • Packaging and fulfillment providers
  • Shipping carriers and logistics services

The provider used for one product may differ from the provider used for another product.

Products may be manufactured, printed, packaged, or shipped from facilities located in different states or countries. The location shown in tracking information or on a shipping label may therefore differ from MJ Supply Co.’s business location.

Customers should contact MJ Supply Co.—not an individual provider—about an order placed through the Site.

8. Handcrafted and Partner Products

Certain products may be created or supplied by independent artisans, creators, businesses, or other partners.

Handcrafted products may contain reasonable variations in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Dimensions
  • Shape
  • Materials
  • Pattern
  • Appearance

These variations are part of the handcrafted process and are not automatically considered defects.

The description of a person or business as an artisan, creator, featured partner, handcrafted partner, collaborator, or ambassador does not automatically establish employment, agency, franchise, joint-venture, or legal-partnership status.

The actual relationship is governed by the applicable written agreement, when one exists.

9. Custom Merchandise Services

MJ Supply Co. may provide custom merchandise, commissioned design, personalized products, bulk ordering, and related services to individuals, businesses, churches, organizations, creators, and event coordinators.

Custom projects may require:

  • A consultation
  • A proposal or estimate
  • A design fee or deposit
  • An invoice
  • A proof or mockup approval
  • A production agreement or contract

A custom-merchandise inquiry does not create a binding agreement or guarantee that MJ Supply Co. will accept the project.

When a separate written agreement conflicts with the general store policies, the separate agreement controls for the applicable custom or bulk order.

10. Customer-Supplied Materials

Customers who provide logos, trademarks, photographs, artwork, designs, names, phrases, recordings, stories, or other materials represent that they own those materials or have sufficient permission to authorize their use.

Customer-supplied materials may be shared with applicable designers, production providers, manufacturers, artisans, and fulfillment providers as reasonably necessary to prepare and complete the requested work.

MJ Supply Co. may refuse material that it reasonably believes is:

  • Unlawful
  • Fraudulent or deceptive
  • Copyrighted or trademarked without authorization
  • Invasive of privacy or publicity rights
  • Defamatory, threatening, hateful, or abusive
  • Otherwise inappropriate for production

11. MJ Supply Co. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its contents—including the MJ Supply Co. name, logos, slogans, graphics, artwork, product designs, photographs, collection names, product names, written content, videos, and page layouts—are owned by or licensed to MJ Supply Co.

These materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade-dress, and other intellectual-property laws.

Payment for design services does not automatically transfer ownership of:

Ownership and permitted use of a commissioned final design will be determined by the applicable proposal, invoice, license, or written agreement.

13. Third-Party Names and Trademarks

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, product names, service marks, and other protected material remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance on the Site does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, agency, or authorization unless expressly stated.

References to Shopify, Printify, PODpartner, Gelato, Ninja POD, shipping carriers, payment providers, or other service providers identify services used in operating or fulfilling the Site. Those references do not imply that the providers endorse MJ Supply Co.
