These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.shopmjsupplyco.com (the “Site”), your purchase of products or services from MJ Supply Co., and your participation in Site features, promotions, submissions, partnerships, or other interactions with MJ Supply Co.

In these Terms, “MJ Supply Co.,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to MJ Supply Co., operated by Michael Gross in Belle Isle, Florida. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing the Site, submitting information, or purchasing products or services.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, submitting content, requesting services, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to make a purchase or enter an agreement through the Site.

If you allow a minor to access the Site or make a purchase, you represent that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or that you otherwise have legal authority to authorize the activity. You are responsible for the minor’s use of the Site.

You may not use the Site, products, or services for an unlawful, unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

3. Shopify Platform

The Site is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform, checkout, customer-account, payment, analytics, security, and related technology used to operate the store.

Shopify is an independent service provider. Shopify does not manufacture, sell, warrant, or provide customer support for MJ Supply Co. products. Questions concerning products or orders placed through the Site should be directed to MJ Supply Co.

Your use of Shopify-powered services may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable consumer terms and privacy policies.

4. Products and Services

MJ Supply Co. offers original apparel, accessories, lifestyle products, handcrafted partner products, gift cards, custom merchandise, design services, bulk ordering, and related products or services.

We reserve the right to:

• Add, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue products or services
• Limit product quantities or availability
• Limit sales to a person, household, account, location, or jurisdiction
• Refuse an order or service request when reasonably necessary
• Correct inaccurate product, inventory, or pricing information

Product availability, materials, styles, colors, sizes, prices, and specifications may change without notice.

5. Product Information and Display Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, dimensions, materials, sizing information, pricing, and availability accurately.

We cannot guarantee that:

• Colors displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product
• Every photograph will show every possible product variation
• Product dimensions will be identical across all manufacturing batches
• Site information will always be completely free from errors

Product appearance may vary because of screen settings, lighting, photography, printing methods, garment dyeing, embroidery, manufacturing tolerances, material availability, and handcrafted production.

Minor variations that naturally result from printing, manufacturing, embroidery, garment dyeing, or handcrafted production are not necessarily defects.

6. Made-to-Order Production

Most MJ Supply Co. products are printed, manufactured, embroidered, personalized, or assembled after an order is placed.

We work with third-party production and fulfillment providers, including:

• Print-on-demand providers
• Manufacturers and suppliers
• Independent artisans
• Embroiderers and decorators
• Packaging and fulfillment providers
• Shipping carriers and logistics services

By ordering a made-to-order product, you acknowledge that production must occur before shipment and that reasonable production variations may occur.

MJ Supply Co. remains the customer-facing seller for purchases completed through the Site. Customers should not contact production partners or artisans directly about an order unless instructed by MJ Supply Co.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not guaranteed to be accepted merely because checkout was completed or an automated confirmation was sent.

We may review, hold, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Product or material unavailability
• Pricing, inventory, description, or technical errors
• Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
• Payment authorization failure
• Suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized activity
• Restrictions imposed by a supplier, production provider, carrier, or payment provider
• Violation of these Terms or another store policy
• A request involving unlawful or infringing content

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

8. Customer Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order, creating an account, submitting a form, or requesting a service.

You are responsible for reviewing:

• Your name and contact information
• Your billing and shipping address
• Selected products, colors, styles, and sizes
• Quantities
• Personalization and custom information
• Payment and delivery information

MJ Supply Co. is not responsible for losses, delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

9. Prices and Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site or during checkout. Prices may change without notice.

The price charged will generally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of clear pricing, calculation, promotional, or technical errors.

If a material error affects an order, we may:

• Contact you for instructions
• Offer the product at the correct price
• Cancel the affected product or order
• Issue an appropriate refund

We are not required to fulfill an order at an obviously incorrect price caused by a technical, typographical, or calculation error where the law permits cancellation.

10. Payments

You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You authorize MJ Supply Co., Shopify, and the applicable payment providers to charge the selected payment method for:

• Products and services
• Applicable taxes
• Shipping and delivery charges
• Customs or other fees collected during checkout
• Other charges clearly disclosed before purchase

Payment processing may be subject to additional terms imposed by Shopify, banks, card networks, financing services, and other payment providers.

11. Taxes, Duties, and Fees

Applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and other fees will be calculated or displayed during checkout when available.

International purchases may be subject to import duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Production, processing, shipping, tracking, delivery, customs, and international-order terms are described in our Shipping Policy .

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless MJ Supply Co. expressly guarantees a date in a separate written agreement.

Delays may occur because of:

• Production or inventory issues
• High order volume
• Holidays
• Carrier disruptions
• Severe weather or natural disasters
• Customs processing
• Incorrect customer information
• Events outside our reasonable control

Products in the same order may be produced and shipped separately and may arrive in different packages or on different dates.

13. Risk of Loss and Delivery

Responsibility for shipping losses will be determined according to applicable law, carrier information, delivery confirmation, the reason for the loss, and our Shipping Policy.

You are responsible for providing a secure and deliverable address and for monitoring tracking and delivery notifications.

A package confirmed as delivered to the address supplied with the order does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement solely because the customer cannot later locate it.

14. Cancellations, Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Order cancellations, changes, returns, exchanges, replacements, store credit, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy .

Because most products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges solely because a customer:

• Changed their mind
• Ordered the wrong size or color
• Selected the wrong product or style
• No longer needs or wants the product

Legitimate claims involving damaged, defective, materially misprinted, incorrect, or missing products will be reviewed under the Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

15. Custom Merchandise and Bulk Orders

Custom merchandise, commissioned designs, personalized products, wholesale work, event merchandise, and bulk orders may require a separate:

• Consultation
• Proposal or estimate
• Invoice
• Design fee or deposit
• Mockup or proof approval
• Production agreement or contract

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Design work does not begin until required fees or deposits are paid
• Production does not begin until required payment and approval are received
• Timelines begin after required materials, payment, and approvals are received
• Customer approval authorizes production of the approved design
• Custom and personalized products become final sale after approval or production begins
• Production and delivery dates are estimates

If a separately accepted written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for the specific custom or bulk project.

16. Design Approvals

Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs, mockups, order summaries, and specifications before granting approval.

Review should include:

• Spelling, grammar, names, and dates
• Product type, brand, color, and style
• Sizes and quantities
• Artwork and logo placement
• Personalization
• Approximate colors and dimensions

Approval is authorization to produce the project as presented. Errors visible in an approved proof are generally the customer’s responsibility unless MJ Supply Co. agrees otherwise in writing.

17. Customer-Supplied Materials

If you provide a logo, trademark, photograph, design, artwork, phrase, business name, likeness, recording, story, or other material, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the material or have sufficient permission to use it
• You may authorize us and our providers to reproduce and modify it
• Its use will not infringe another party’s rights
• It does not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, or other laws
• It is not fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, or unlawful

You grant MJ Supply Co. and the production providers involved in the project a limited license to access, reproduce, resize, format, modify, print, manufacture, and otherwise use the submitted material as reasonably necessary to prepare, produce, fulfill, and deliver the requested products or services.

This limited production license does not transfer your ownership of the original material.

We may refuse or cancel a project when we reasonably believe the supplied material is unlawful, unauthorized, infringing, deceptive, hateful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

18. Design Ownership

Payment for design services does not automatically transfer ownership of preliminary concepts, unused drafts, working files, source files, templates, production methods, or other intellectual property unless a written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Ownership and permitted use of a commissioned final design will be determined by the applicable proposal, invoice, license, or written agreement.

Purchasing physical merchandise does not transfer ownership of artwork, trademarks, copyrights, collection names, or other intellectual property appearing on the product.

19. Handcrafted and Partner Products

Certain products may be created or supplied by independent artisans, creators, businesses, or other partners.

Handcrafted products may contain reasonable variations in color, texture, dimensions, shape, materials, pattern, and appearance. Such variations are part of the handcrafted process and are not automatically defects.

Partner and artisan relationships do not necessarily create employment, agency, franchise, joint-venture, or legal partnership relationships unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

Customers purchasing through the Site should direct order questions and claims to MJ Supply Co., not directly to the independent artisan or partner.

20. Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards and store credits may be used only for eligible purchases from MJ Supply Co. through the channels where they are accepted.

Unless required by law:

• Gift cards and store credits are not redeemable for cash
• Gift cards cannot be returned after delivery or use
• Promotional credits have no cash value
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card where prohibited

You are responsible for protecting gift-card codes and account information. We are not responsible for unauthorized use caused by a code being shared, exposed, or obtained through circumstances outside our control.

Additional gift-card terms presented at purchase are incorporated into these Terms.

21. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, giveaways, discount codes, referral offers, challenges, and special pricing may be subject to additional rules.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Offers cannot be combined
• Discounts have no cash value
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
• Offers may be limited by time, product, quantity, location, or customer
• Taxes and shipping may remain payable
• Offers are void where prohibited

We may cancel or refuse a promotion when we reasonably determine that it has been used fraudulently, abusively, or in violation of its stated rules.

22. Customer Accounts

Certain Site features may allow or require a customer account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Restricting unauthorized access to your account
• Activities occurring through your account
• Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, prevent fraud, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

23. User-Submitted Content

The Site may allow you to submit reviews, photographs, stories, comments, testimonials, challenge entries, ideas, social-media handles, or other content (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of User Content you create, subject to the permissions granted when it is submitted.

You represent that your User Content:

• Is accurate and not intentionally misleading
• Is your original content or is used with permission
• Does not violate another person’s privacy or publicity rights
• Does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other legal rights
• Does not contain unlawful, threatening, defamatory, hateful, or abusive material
• Does not contain malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising

Submitting User Content does not automatically authorize MJ Supply Co. to publish it unless you grant permission through the applicable submission form, release, promotion rules, or another agreement.

When you authorize publication, you grant MJ Supply Co. the nonexclusive permissions described in the applicable submission terms. Review those permissions before submitting content.

We may review, moderate, refuse, or remove User Content at our discretion, subject to applicable law. We do not guarantee that any submission will be reviewed, selected, published, or retained.

24. Reviews and Testimonials

Reviews and testimonials must reflect genuine experiences and must not be fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or submitted in exchange for undisclosed compensation.

We may moderate or remove reviews containing:

• False or misleading claims
• Private or sensitive information
• Spam or unrelated advertising
• Threats, harassment, or abusive language
• Content that violates these Terms or applicable law

We do not guarantee that every review or testimonial will be published.

25. MJ Supply Co. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its contents—including the MJ Supply Co. name, logos, slogans, artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, videos, collection names, product names, written content, page layouts, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to MJ Supply Co.

These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may access and use the Site for personal, lawful, noncommercial shopping purposes. Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute Site content
• Modify or create derivative works from Site content
• Sell, license, or commercially exploit Site content
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect Site content or data
• Use our names, logos, artwork, or designs to create merchandise
• Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices
• Misrepresent an affiliation with or endorsement by MJ Supply Co.

26. Reports of Intellectual-Property Infringement

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right, contact:

• Identification of the protected work or right
• Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material
• An explanation of your ownership or authority
• A good-faith statement concerning the claimed unauthorized use
• Any other information reasonably necessary to review the claim

Submitting a knowingly false infringement claim may result in legal liability.

27. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site, products, services, or content to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Commit fraud or submit false information
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
• Harass, threaten, defame, abuse, or unlawfully discriminate
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, systems, or data
• Interfere with Site security, operation, or availability
• Scrape or harvest information without authorization
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Conduct phishing, spamming, or unauthorized advertising
• Circumvent checkout, security, purchase limits, or access controls
• Submit fraudulent reviews, claims, disputes, or chargebacks
• Use automated systems in a manner that burdens or damages the Site

We may suspend or terminate access, refuse transactions, preserve relevant records, or report unlawful conduct when reasonably necessary.

By using the Site, you acknowledge the data practices described in that policy.

29. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to social-media platforms, payment services, partner businesses, independent artisans, creators, carriers, or other third-party websites and services.

We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, security, content, privacy practices, products, services, representations, or conduct of independent third parties.

A link or reference does not necessarily indicate sponsorship, endorsement, agency, or legal partnership.

Your use of a third-party website or service is subject to that party’s own terms and policies.

30. Errors, Omissions, and Corrections

The Site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order, subject to applicable law.

We are not obligated to update every historical reference or archived piece of content merely because information later changes.

31. Site Availability

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Site for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.

We do not guarantee that the Site, customer accounts, checkout, or other features will always be:

• Available without interruption
• Completely secure
• Free from errors or harmful components
• Compatible with every device or browser

32. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties concerning uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Product warranties, guarantees, and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any express written product commitment made by MJ Supply Co. or a warranty required by applicable law.

33. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MJ Supply Co. and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, artisans, suppliers, production providers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or purchase of products or services.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by legally actionable conduct, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

34. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MJ Supply Co. and its owners, employees, contractors, partners, artisans, suppliers, production providers, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from:

• Your material violation of these Terms
• Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Site
• Content or materials you submit or provide
• Your infringement of another party’s rights
• Your fraud, misconduct, or misrepresentation

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from the legally actionable conduct of MJ Supply Co.

35. Events Outside Our Control

MJ Supply Co. will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

• Severe weather or natural disasters
• Fire, flood, epidemic, or public emergency
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government action
• Labor disruptions
• Power, internet, platform, or telecommunications failures
• Carrier or supplier disruptions
• Material or inventory shortages
• Customs delays

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and complete existing obligations when reasonably possible.

36. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

A legal proceeding not subject to a mandatory alternative forum or another legally required jurisdiction may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Orange County, Florida.

Customers may also have rights under the mandatory laws of the jurisdiction where they reside.

37. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing a legal claim, you are encouraged to contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the dispute.

Send the order number, relevant facts, requested resolution, and supporting documentation to: contact@shopmjsupplyco.com .

This informal process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent legal relief or exercising a right that cannot lawfully be restricted.

38. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

39. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or another provision later.

A waiver is effective only when expressly provided in writing by an authorized representative of MJ Supply Co.

40. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written permission.

MJ Supply Co. may assign or transfer its rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or other legitimate business transaction, subject to applicable law.

41. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the following policies and any applicable separate written order agreement, constitute the agreement between you and MJ Supply Co. concerning the Site and purchases made through it:

• Legal Notice

A separate written agreement accepted by MJ Supply Co. and the customer controls if it expressly conflicts with these general Terms concerning the applicable project or order.

42. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services, production partners, sales channels, business practices, technology, or legal obligations.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted. The version in effect when an order is placed will generally govern that order.
