The Gospel Chronicles Before You Begin

Stories of grace, faith, doubt, fear, redemption, and the moments that change us.

Not every story of faith begins with certainty.

Sometimes it begins with a question. Sometimes with fear. Sometimes with failure. Sometimes with silence. And sometimes with someone standing at the edge of everything they thought they understood, deciding whether they still believe there is something worth walking toward.

Every story leaves something behind.

A Preface

Welcome to the Gospel Chronicles

The Gospel Chronicles is an original narrative series from Worn Stories, inspired by the Gospel Collection from MJ Supply Co.

These are not sermons.

They are not theological essays disguised as fiction.

They are stories about people.

People who doubt. People who fail. People who are frightened. People who make mistakes. People who pray and hear nothing. People who receive grace when they are convinced they no longer deserve it.

And people who discover that faith is not always about having every answer.

Sometimes it is simply about taking the next step when you cannot see where the road leads.

What These Stories Explore

Faith Has More Than One Story

The Gospel Chronicles does not follow one single kind of believer or one single path toward faith.

Each story approaches belief from somewhere different.

Chronicle 001

Grace

What happens when someone believes their past has placed them beyond forgiveness?

Chronicle 002

Faith

What does belief look like when fear remains, certainty disappears, and the next step still has to be taken?

Chronicle 003

Doubt

What happens when someone begins questioning whether God is present at all?

Chronicle 004

Connection - Part 1

What changes when separate lives begin revealing that they were never as disconnected as they appeared?

The Heart of the Chronicles The people in these stories will not always understand what is happening to them. Neither will the reader. That does not mean nothing is happening.

Read Closely

No Life Exists Entirely Alone

The first three Gospel Chronicles begin as separate stories.

Different people.

Different struggles.

Different relationships with faith.

But small things have consequences.

A conversation one person forgets may become something another remembers for years.

A stranger's kindness may matter long after the stranger has left the room.

A prayer may be answered through someone who never even knew the prayer existed.

A decision made in one story may eventually reach someone in another.

Pay attention to the people at the edges of the story.

A name mentioned once may matter later. A place may become familiar. Someone who appears unimportant may eventually have an entirely different story to tell.

The First Movement

The First Four Chronicles

The Gospel Chronicles begins with three individual stories.

Amazing Grace explores forgiveness, failure, and whether someone can accept grace when they believe they no longer deserve it.

Faith Over Fear explores what it means to keep moving while fear is still present.

God's Not Dead explores doubt, silence, and the question of whether God is still present when He feels distant.

Then comes Chronicle 004.

That is where three separate lives begin revealing that their stories may have been connected long before any of them knew one another existed.

001

Amazing Grace

A story about failure, forgiveness, and what happens when someone believes they have gone too far to be reached by grace.

002

Faith Over Fear

A story about fear that does not disappear, faith that is tested, and the decision to keep moving even when certainty is gone.

003

God's Not Dead

A story about doubt, silence, loss, and what happens when someone begins questioning whether God is still present at all.

004

Gospel Crossover · Part I

The first three stories begin intersecting, revealing that their struggles, choices, and moments of faith may have been connected long before any of them realized it.

Chronicle 004 is not the end.

It is the first moment the audience begins to understand that Amazing Grace, Faith Over Fear, and God's Not Dead are not merely three stories occupying the same collection. They are pieces of a larger Gospel narrative.

Another Side of Worn Stories

This Is Not Nightfall

Readers familiar with The Nightfall Chronicles should not expect the same kind of world here.

Nightfall explores fear, corruption, impossible places, unexplained forces, and the things waiting beyond what we understand.

Gospel approaches uncertainty differently.

Its questions are about belief, purpose, doubt, forgiveness, sacrifice, grace, and redemption.

It asks what happens when someone cannot see the entire road ahead but still has to decide whether to keep walking.

These are separate Chronicles.

Separate stories.

Separate worlds.

Nightfall asks:
What if everything is connected, and you should be afraid of why?

Gospel asks:
What if everything is connected, and you simply cannot see why yet?

From Design to Story

Read the Story. Wear the Story.

Each core Gospel Chronicle begins with an idea represented somewhere in the MJ Supply Co. Gospel Collection.

Amazing Grace.

Faith Over Fear.

God's Not Dead.

The designs existed first.

Worn Stories gives those ideas somewhere else to live.

The apparel is not a summary of the story.

The story is not an advertisement for the apparel.

They are two expressions of the same underlying idea.

One can be read.

One can be worn.

Both ultimately return to the same idea:

Wear Your Story.

A New Chronicle Begins

The Gospel Chronicles

Three stories begin separately.

Grace. Faith. Doubt.

Then their paths begin to cross.
